FOUR GENERATIONS OF LEADING-EDGE INTUITION
Thanks to our intuitive feel for the needs and desires of consumers, we have continued to grow over the past 85 years from a small family business into an international group of companies. And our journey remains as exciting as ever today.
REGIONAL MEETS INTERNATIONAL
When it comes to visionary globalisation, we place a very clear emphasis on our site in Germany. Between 2018 and 2020, we invested millions in expanding Production and Logistics to further reinforce our “Made in Germany” quality claim.
CAREERS AT DELTA PRONATURA
Maria Wendlandt
Global Brand Director Dr. Beckmann
Developing global product innovations for consumers in over 80 countries is an exciting challenge. Strategic considerations and the resulting measures are coordinated and implemented with short lines of communication. The combination of complex international projects with the flexibility and speed of a medium-sized company is what makes my work so appealing.
Alexander Haeffner
Head of Logistics
delta pronatura is a dynamic, growing company. We get to witness this up close every single day in Logistics. Both team spirit and vision are crucial for successful collaboration within the procurement and distribution process chain. No two days are the same and that is what I really like about my work.
Alla Arkhipova
Produkt Manager Innovation / Team4Innovation
What I find great about delta pronatura is that anything is possible here if you want to develop professionally. I was born in Russia and grew up in Spain. I came to delta pronatura from the tourism sector, worked in International Business, but then wanted to do something new. Although I did not speak French, I was still able to relocate to our subsidiary in France because my line managers believed I was up to the challenge.
Marcel Rosskopf
Production Planning Manager
delta pronatura is very customer and market-focused. A customer call can shake up the entire schedule for seven production lines. It creates a lot of variety, which I love, and we take on the challenges together as a team. After completing my business apprenticeship, I wanted to stay on because delta pronatura is constantly growing – just as I hope to through my diverse responsibilities.
Sabine Buck
Head of Purchasing Administration
I simply love new goals and getting others on board is all part of the fun – for example, the complete digitalisation of Procurement, as well as other inter-departmental projects. When I travel abroad, I enjoy looking out for our products on retail shelves. I think it is great that we operate globally but produce on-site in Germany – and that people really do matter here.
Andrea Knott
Head of Quality Control / Head of R&D HBC
For me, delta pronatura is a company for life. After 30 years of working in product development, my focus is now on ensuring the highest quality of products for our consumers. I made a conscious decision to join delta pronatura ten years ago, because it is an independently run medium-sized company. I value the fast decision-making processes and that the owners are always approachable.
Pia Helfrich
Senior Manager RA & Science
I accompany our Bullrich brand products from conception to launch and further evolution beyond because every product category is subject to its own rules that also change constantly. And it’s not only the ingredients that have to meet specifications, but also labels and advertising. What I enjoy here is the inter-departmental interaction with colleagues – on both a professional and human level.
Dawit Negash
Accounting Manager
The most crucial thing about delta pronatura for me is social interaction. The owners encourage it, just as they do company and staff development. I moved here from Eritrea in 2003 and joined delta pronatura in 2012 as an office administrator. The company supported me to go the next step and train as a business administrator, and now I am a fully qualified accountant.
Marica Petrovic
Production Line Manager
Having started as a production assistant, I would never have imagined myself becoming the supervisory manager, organising and allocating staff. However, my line managers have always encouraged me to take on new responsibilities. My German has improved, I know my way around every single machine and train up new employees. I aim to motivate others, to be a role model for them and show them: you can achieve anything you want here – you just have to want it enough.
